There are several fasting options for you to consider:
- A full fast where you drink only liquids.
- “Daniel Fast” is where you eat no meat, no sweets, and no bread. You can drink water and juice, eat fruits and vegetables.
- Partial fast is where you fast from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Some say “sunrise to sunset.
Whichever option you choose, just remember that it is the attitude of a heart
sincerely seeking Him to which God responds with a blessing.
